Time to Raise Your Game!

Happy Monday!

Spring is one of the most important seasons in real estate. Activity increases, listings come to market, buyers reappear, and momentum begins to build across the market.

But here is something I have observed after many years of coaching agents.

The agents who benefit most from the spring market are not the ones who wait for business to show up. They are the ones who step into the season with a clear plan.

That is exactly why I launched the Spring 2026 Success Challenge.

Over six weeks, starting on the first day of spring, a group of my agents will be participating in a structured challenge designed to increase activity, focus, and accountability. Each week we will meet for a short group coaching call to review progress, share insights, and keep everyone moving forward.

The challenge itself is simple.

I have identified thirty key activities that drive business. Each activity has a point value attached to it. For example, an outbound call might be worth one point. A meaningful phone conversation could be worth five. A listing appointment or strong lead activity carries more weight. Follow ups, conversations, marketing efforts, and relationship building all contribute to the total.

The goal is not just to keep score. The goal is to create consistent, focused action.

To make tracking easier, with help from a very geeky colleague, we even built a simple app that I jokingly call the Kory App. Participants can log their activities, track their points, and stay accountable throughout the challenge.

For those who prefer pen and paper, I have also created a weekly plan of action and activity tracking template. I even included a sample weekly activity plan that outlines the kind of actions an agent should be taking each week to generate business.

But the real value of the challenge is not the technology or the point system.

It is the structure.

When agents become intentional about their activities, everything changes. Instead of hoping for results, they begin creating them.

Even if you are not part of the challenge, you can still apply the same principle to your own business. Whether you prefer time blocking, activity targets, or a point system like we are using in the challenge, the important thing is to create structure around your actions.

Six focused weeks can change the trajectory of an entire year.

If you are reading this and are not part of the challenge, start by creating a list of activities you can build a weekly plan around and commit to executing it. Spend time calling your sphere and past clients. Reach out to people in your database. Door knock around recently sold homes. Send out market updates. Record a short video. Share something valuable in a newsletter. Follow up with people you have spoken with before. The list goes on.

In other words, go all in on the activities that move your business forward.

Are you going to wait for the market, or are you going to take control of it?

Let’s control our actions and front load the work now so the results show up later.

Wishing you a productive week ahead. And for those of you taking time off for March Break, stay safe and enjoy.
