The Market is Slow!
I was recently told, “The market is slow, business is dead!”
Let’s set the record straight. In June, there were over 6,200 reported sales in my town. In the past couple of weeks alone, over 2,000 sales were reported. So, sales are happening, the market is not dead!
The real question is: what are YOU doing on a day-to-day basis to get your share?!
To succeed in any market, slow or not, you need to:
- Maximize exposure for your listings,
- Leverage creative marketing to showcase your properties,
- Keep your buyers informed with market updates and personalized service,
- Create daily habits that predict success like maintaining consistent prospecting and client follow-ups,

- And, investing in your professional growth and keeping a positive mindset goes without saying!
Remember, the market is always moving. The point here is staying proactive, informed, and adaptable. There is no voodoo magic in our business! We’ve got to do the work as no-one else will do it for us.
