A productive agent is someone who’s hustling – spending 70% of their time on prospecting, lead follow-up, listing presentations, and negotiation, and the remaining 30% on managing tasks and tackling any hiccups that come their way.

Here are some points to supercharge your production:

1. Got your time management down? It’s crucial to buckle down and stick to your daily tasks.

2. Ask yourself, how many days are you truly showing up like it’s a 9-5 gig versus just winging it whenever?

3. Are you treating your prospecting time like a VIP appointment? It’s just as crucial as sealing a listing deal.

4. Got a solid business plan? When’s the last time you revisited it? Let’s make sure you’re not missing any important steps.

5. Keep your eyes on the prize. Remind yourself often why you’re putting in the hard work.

6. Tracking is key. Challenge yourself to keep tabs on your prospecting efforts – who you call, when, and how pumped up you are while doing it.
