How to win Q2

Good Monday morning friends,
Let me tell you a quick story.
A few years ago, I was coaching an agent who had a rocky start to her year. Q1 was full of distractions: a few deals fell through, she had a couple of tough personal setbacks, and to be honest, she was feeling like she was already playing catch-up by April.
But here’s what changed everything for her in Q2:
She got focused. Not fancy. Not flashy. Just focused.
She got crystal clear on:
  • Her key sources of business
  • Her daily lead generation time
  • Her weekly appointments goal
And then, she did one more thing…
She committed to consistency over everything.
That quarter, she didn’t do anything revolutionary. She just stuck to the plan. Every day. Rain or shine. And by the end of June, she was sitting on her strongest quarter in three years.
Here’s the truth: you don’t need more information — you need more execution.

  1. Reconnect with your WHY. Why does this business matter to you? What’s driving you this year?
  2. Review your Q1 data. Where did your business actually come from? What’s working? What’s not?
  3. Simplify your plan. Pick 2–3 lead sources. Commit to your daily schedule. Make the calls.
  4. Track everything. What gets measured gets improved.
  5. Protect your mindset. Energy is everything. Start your days strong. Hang around winners. Limit the noise.
This quarter is your fresh start. Your clean slate. Your second wind.
