15 Weeks to Success
As of today, September 9th, we have 15 weeks before the holidays in December. Let me ask you a question: What are you going to do to ensure you finish the year on a high note and build momentum going into the new year?
I want to challenge you to ditch the typical annualized thinking. Why? Because it doesn’t work! Breaking your goals down into smaller, focused timeframes will not only increase your chances of success but will also create a sense of urgency and clarity.
Create a 15-week plan that will guide you from today through to Christmas Eve in December. This plan will give you the roadmap you need to close out the year strong and set yourself up for an incredible 2024.
Here’s how to start:
Write a letter to your future self
Picture this: It’s December 24th, Christmas Eve, and you’ve just finished a productive, fulfilling year. Write a letter from that future self, reflecting on the success you created.

It might look something like this:
“On September 9th, I created a plan to ensure I would be happy and successful today. My goal was to complete X number of transactions and achieve X amount of volume. I created a weekly plan of action. I set daily goals, and I committed to doing them no matter what. Today, I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished because I took consistent action, even when it wasn’t easy.”
Set your goals
What do you want to achieve over the next 15 weeks? Be specific. Whether it’s the number of transactions, volume, or personal milestones, write them down and get clear on what success looks like for you.

Break it down
Once you have your big goals, break them into manageable weekly and daily action items. These should be small, actionable steps that will lead you to your bigger goals. Remember, the key to success is consistency.

Execute—no matter what!
The difference between those who finish the year strong and those who coast is simple: commitment. Do what you said you would do, even on the tough days. Stick to the plan, and trust the process.
15 weeks may seem like a short time, but with focus and commitment, it’s enough to create meaningful progress. Don’t wait until January to build momentum—start today.
Your future self will thank you.
Wishing you a productive week ahead!
