Business has to be fun. It should not be “just a job”. IMO, celebrations are a great way to energize an organization. Even the smallest milestones/achievements should be somehow celebrated. No, not with a new Beamer, but with coffee and donuts or a cake or team lunch at an affordable place … etc.

Many times the sr. management simply look at the black and white figures and don’t realize their number one asset is people. As managers, you’ve got authority. Push back and make it happen (well, within reason ofcourse).

We must make sure the team is having fun — while they’re being productive. So let it be said, so let it be done.
