Coaching Agreement:
I acknowledge and understand that my membership with Kory Gorgani Coaching (Coach) is for an initial term of 12 months for optimal results.
Release and Indemnity:
I acknowledge that all decisions and actions, whether in business, investments, or personal matters, are my sole responsibility, regardless of their connection to this coaching program. I understand that Coach makes no guarantees for results achieved, and I agree not to hold Coach, its employees, coaches, contractors, subsidiaries, and affiliates liable for any consequences arising directly or indirectly from advice given during my coaching program. I release and indemnify Coach from all liability related to this coaching relationship and/or programs.
Content:
I understand that Coach’s program content may be adapted and enhanced over time. Unauthorized use of concepts, strategies, methods, and materials, exclusive intellectual property of Coach, is prohibited without expressed written permission.
Payment:
I authorize payment as per the investment options on the Coaching Application. Annual payments are non-refundable, and coaching fees are locked in for a minimum of one year. Coach will provide at least 90 days notice of any potential fee increases after the initial year. All fees are subject to HST.
Privacy Policy:
Coach has policies to protect personal information, retaining it only as necessary for a strong future relationship or as required by law. I have the right to withdraw consent, access, and correct personal information. Coach does not sell, rent, or trade information and only discloses it with consent or as permitted by law.
