Courage
When we hear the word courage, we immediately think about heroism that involves saving lives. Courage is usually equated with superhero-level bravery, against overwhelming odds, and feats that are far beyond most of our capabilities. Some say courage is not the absence of fear; courage is conquering fear.

However, courage also means working day after day, year after year, without becoming discouraged, worn down, or bitter ;-). It means persisting, carrying on without letting up, and consistently giving it your best. To be a star, to succeed, talent alone isn’t enough; success takes work and requires courage.
