Assert Yourself Assertively.

Life can sometimes involve individuals who engage in negative behaviour towards others, particularly those who are successful, influential, or physically strong. This behaviour can often be attributed to feelings of envy, greed, or a combination of both. Occasionally, individuals may engage in such behaviour for amusement or as a form of competition.

If you’re running into this, here’s my suggestion: It can be helpful to maintain a record of individuals who have caused you harm. Take the time to assess the situation and choose an appropriate moment to address the issue. By surprising them when they least anticipate it, you can assert yourself assertively. If someone genuinely apologizes, consider accepting it and moving on. However, if no apology is offered, remain patient and seize the opportunity to confront them when it arises.
