Prices will start $260,000, at around $570 per sq ft. Maintenance fee apx. $0.53 per sqft + Hydro, and taxes will be apx. 1.1% of purchase price.
Expected deposit structure will be $10,000 with offer, 5% less $10,000 in 30 days, 5% in 210 Days, 5% in 365 Days, and 5% on Occupancy.
